What is ScholarFlow?
ScholarFlow is an academic tracking platform that helps students monitor their grades, analyze performance trends, plan revision sessions, manage to-do tasks, and stay on top of assessments — all from a single dashboard.
Is ScholarFlow free?
Yes, ScholarFlow offers a free tier with core features including basic grade tracking, a limited number of subjects and assessments, and a to-do board. Paid plans unlock unlimited subjects, advanced analytics, revision tools, and priority support. See our Pricing page for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time through the Customer Portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your grades, subjects, assessment records, and study logs from your dashboard at any time. Your data belongs to you.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Supabase for encrypted data storage (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing, and we never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more) as well as regional payment methods supported by Stripe, including Alipay and WeChat Pay. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through your account settings or by emailing support@scholarflow.cc. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except for transaction records we are legally required to retain.
What is the Lifetime plan?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to all Pro-tier features for the lifetime of the ScholarFlow service. No recurring charges, ever.
Do you offer student discounts?
Our pricing is already designed to be affordable for students. While we do not currently offer additional discounts, our free tier provides substantial functionality for basic academic tracking.
